Delivery of Goods

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Austria, Ireland, Spain, France, Portugal.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the chosen shipping method.

The following delivery options are available for orders placed in the online store:

  • Itella SmartPOST parcel lockers. Price in Estonia: €2.55
  • DPD parcel lockers. Price in Estonia: €2.65
  • Omniva parcel lockers. Price in Estonia: €2.75
  • Venipak parcel lockers. Price in Estonia: €1.83
  • Pick-up in person (Jaama 15, Haapsalu). Free
  • For orders over €45, delivery to a parcel locker in Estonia is free.

Shipments are handed over to the delivery service provider chosen by the buyer within 1-3 business days from the conclusion of the sales agreement.

Once the package has been dispatched, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided when placing the order. The delivery time of the goods depends on the service provider, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping service. Please note that during Black Friday and the pre-Christmas period, delivery times may be longer than usual.

In exceptional cases, goods may be delivered within up to 30 calendar days.

If the online store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery issues and a delivery time exceeding 30 calendar days, the period specified by the online store shall apply.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

The 14-day return right is valid for unused goods returned in their original packaging.

To withdraw from the order, please send a notice to the email address info@amiicandles.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for return is that the goods do not conform to the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods to Rico OÜ at Jaama 15, Haapsalu 90507, or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will promptly refund all amounts received from the buyer under the agreement, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

The online store may refuse to make refunds until the goods that are the subject of the agreement have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.

The online store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store was significantly lower than the market price due to a mistake.
